Catch-all Emails in Website Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud platform and you have a website hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel offers quite a few functions, but it’s remarkably easy to use, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes only a click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be displayed in this section alphabetically and you will just need to click the "Catch-all" button for the specific address. Our system will notify you if there is already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you would like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either disable the latter feature or pick some other mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as simple and takes one more mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You’ll be able to configure a catch-all address with no more than one click if you’ve got a Linux semi-dedicated plan with us and your email messages are handled by our cloud platform. All the email addresses that you set up using any domain name hosted in your semi-dedicated hosting account will be displayed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Each of them will have a small "Catch-all" icon on its right-hand side, so all it will take to enable this option will be to click that icon. In the exact same manner you’ll be able to deactivate the feature, if you no longer need it. Our system will inform you in case you’re attempting to activate a 2nd catch-all email address for a certain domain or in case there’s enabled email forwarding, but it’ll never modify or disable anything automatically and without your consent.
